COLOR POINT CARRIER

 A Color Point Carrier is a Himalayan that has ancestors that are pointed Himalayans. The Color Point can be passed down for many generations, lessening the chance that the cat will produce pointed offspring when mated with a Himalayan. Once a Persian cat has a Himalayan in its pedigree, it will always be a Himalayan, regardless of genetic DNA testing. And if in solid color, it will specifically be a CPC, indicating it has Himalayan in its pedigree.
