HIMALAYAN

A Persian cat that was crossed at some point in its pedigree with a Siamese bringing forth the color points. Most Himalayans have white or cream colored base coats with darker colored ears, nose, feet and tail. Breeding a Persian to a Himalayan will produce solid colored Himalayans in some associations. Having any pure white patches (cream is okay) on a Himalayan is a disqualifying trait in the show ring.
